Health Health!! the important part of our life.The science to strengthen our body to make it fit and to make life happier.As per as standard definition of health is concern it is: "a state characterized by anatomic, physiologic, and psychological integrity; ability to perform personally valued family, work, and community roles; ability to deal with physical, biological, psychological, and social stress".

Our role is to make it more valuable as a important aspect of life.To achieve the better health one should have the knowledge of body requirements as per Ayurveda or any related theory.In that to keep body fit internally and externally also.The internal body fitness can be achieved by taking good foods which has sufficient nutrients like protein,vitamins and minerals in it.Meditation,Yoga and some body exercise also improves the body internally.To achieve external body fitness regular exercise plays very important role.

To become happy one should have to maintain body healthy by regular exercise and some dedicated practices which provides relaxation to our body.The second important aspect for becoming happy is to keep our mind healthy by giving nutritious food on daily basis.  
Systematic activities to prevent or cure health problems and promote good health in humans are plays very crucial role in our life.As per as today's life style is concern every one should be careful about their health to live life happily. In addition to health care interventions and a person's surroundings, a number of other factors are known to influence the health status of individuals, including their background, lifestyle, and economic, social conditions and spirituality; these are referred to as "determinants of health."
