Many times it is observed that if any particular person wants to achieve something but not able to achieve it as per their desire.The reason for the same is the person has already accepted blindly some where that it is not going to possible for him.But instead of that if the person has tried to achieve the same without any thought coming in mind then it would be better to achieve their best.

To understand this take one example if some one wants to make a long jump and some one has already told that person it is not possible then the person may try with efforts but not achieve it.Now in this case that person may be surrounded by non-useful thoughts and because of that may be demoralized at some extent.

In our life many such incidents are happening but if someone wants to achieve their best then there is solution for it.The secret for the same is Self Suggestion in which some one should give assertive suggestions to themselves repeatedly which will be followed subconsciously. In case of human body also it really works and follows the order which is repeatedly coming to it. If some one always thinking about good health then the body is also respond the same.

Take the example of headache which is common now a days, once its started let the body respond to it naturally. And then just imagine that your head is becoming relax, the blood is flowing smoothly from it towards entire body & headache is getting reduced.Now this suggestions are forwarded to our subconscious mind and it will react accordingly.

If this strategy of giving assertive self suggestions is followed in our daily routine then miraculous results are observed and the achievement of good health become simpler in our life.

Breathing Concentration - Source of Mind Control

As our body is fully controlled by our brain, the exercise which will keep our brain under control has to be done daily to keep control on it.For this one of the most powerful exercise is keep concentration on breathing in which breathing in and breathing out process is to be experienced which is continues process in our body for entire day & night.For achieving better concentration this process has to be followed early in the morning in the presence of fresh air available in the surrounding.

Wake up early in the morning keep our self in comfortable zone by siting normally. Now try to concentrate on breathing in & breathing out process. How the air is going inside our body through nose and after some time how it is coming out again. During this try to feel that air which touches inner part of our body during breathing in which give one form of energy to our body. Repeat the process again & again till half an hour and feel energetic.

This will definitely control our mind as per our desire. This process also helps to increase decision making power as well as situation handling capability with lots of patience which is the daily requirement of human being. This will also provide stability for doing our daily routing work with full of confidence.

The important benefit which can be achieve using this process is stress management which is not in our control now a days, that can be done with daily practice of this breathing concentration process. And its need of time for betterment of our own body to keep it fit & healthy.

As per as today's lifestyle is concern everyone should be more careful about the health.The reason behind the same is the daily routine in which there is lots of work to be done and no time for physical and mental exercise as well as no time for our self. Apart from this the bad eating habit with no time frame and food with less nutrition which are not fulfilling the daily requirements of our body in terms of proteins and vitamins.But the big deal is to be ready for today's health challenges by means of  daily exercise and healthy food for our body.

Everyone has to give some dedicated time for our own personal growth at least half an hour a day.In that half an hour concentrate on our own existence.Some physical exercise and yoga has to be done especially to keep the energy level of our body at high level and feel fresh throughout a day.Some mental exercise like meditation & pranayam will surely help to get the real peace of mind and start every day with fresh morning.

Apart from this the daily requirements of the body is to be fulfilled by eating healthy and nutritious food with herbal ingredients.
